POWERBUILDING is a 9-week Peak Program

A Peak Program is structured to take your body and mind to the next level. Over the next 9 week you will be pushing harder than you've ever pushed, breaking through plateaus and smoking your weaknesses.

This one is going to be really special!

Be prepared to break through mental barriers holding you back in the weight room, touch weights you've never touched and push your body to the limit!


This program is broken down into three unique Training Blocks

I've taken a very fundamental approach to this program and focused heavily on weakness development.

Weeks 1-3 (Block One) we are focusing on building work capacity, then moving into some heavy working sets in Block Two (weeks 4-6)

By the time we get to the Third Block (weeks 7-9), we will begin dropping sets and reps leading us perfectly into PEAK Physical Condition.

At this point you will be given the option to max out (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) or just work up to a heavy gym single. Either way, you will be in the perfect position to move right into another 9-week cycle of training.


So what is Powerbuilding

Powerbuilding is a 6 day a week program, with 2 of the days being optional.

4 of the days will be tough days, focusing on building our Squat, Bench and Deadlift. These workout will last between a 1hr and 15min to 1hr and 30min depending on how focused you are.

The other 2 days are optional Accessory and Arm days, these days will last roughly 45min to an hour.


This Program has been specifically designed to make you BIGGER and STRONGER!

Personally, (Tell) I've built over 40lb onto my frame over the past couple of years. My Squat went from 115lb to 365lb. My Bench went from 60lb to 235lb. My Deadlift went from 115lb to 425lb. All of this has been achieved at 5'5 and 160lb bodyweight.
