Welcome to SUMMER SHREDZ!!

This program is where Strength and Shredz Collide!

We're chasing the best of both world this summer by training for Strength and Shredz!

The intensity that comes with this program will push you both mentally and physically. Be prepared to push yourself with Power Cardio/GPP, Heavy Lifting and lots of Volume!


Summer Shredz is a 9 week Shredz and Strength program

This program is unique to all of my other programs, as it has Power Cardio and GPP work specifically built into it.

If your goal is to get Stronger and Leaner this summer, this program IS for you.

It is structured with Strength Movements, to ensure you gain strength, as well as high volume and cardio/GPP work to help you shred up.


So what is Summer Shredz?

Summer Shredz is a 9 week program, 6 days a week, with two days being easy/optional days (Although I highly recommend them)

You will find 4 hard days, centered around the Bench, Squat and Deadlift.. as well as 2 easier Accessory and Cardio days.

The main workouts can be finished in 1hr 15min and the two accessory days are 45-60min depending on how fast you move.


This program is specifically designed to make you STRONGER and LEANER!!

Personally, (Tell) I've built over 40lb onto my frame over the past couple of years. My Squat went from 115lb to 365lb. My Bench went from 60lb to 235lb. My Deadlift went from 115lb to 425lb. All of this has been achieved at 5'5 and 160lb bodyweight.
