The Home Gym

This program was designed with Garage and Basement Gyms in mind! 

Let's be honest, there is nothing more frustrating than investing in a program.. Only to find out you DON'T HAVE the proper machines and equipment to run it!

After talking to a number of you guys about this problem, I decided it was time to create The Home Gym Program.


The Home Gym is a 9-week Strength and Size Based Program

Over the next 9 weeks you WILL get Bigger and Stronger! This program revolves around the Bench, Squat, Overhead Press and Deadlift!

This is a 4 Day/Wk program.

The Home Gym will 10x your lifting knowledge, by giving you many different creative ways to train with limited equipment! 

After running this program you will understand how simple exercises can be done in a variety of ways... This is a bread and butter program for any home gym trainee.

 

Needed Equipment:

This program requires very minimal equipment!

-Squat Rack

-A Bench

-Barbell and Plates

-Dumbbells

-Pull-up Bar

-Resistance Bands (link to buy these in the program)

Personally, (Tell) I've built over 40lb onto my frame over the past couple of years. My Squat went from 115lb to 365lb. My Bench went from 60lb to 235lb. My Deadlift went from 115lb to 425lb. All of this has been achieved at 5'5 and 160lb bodyweight.
